UzBuild 2023. Retail real estate: Olga Antonova, Viktor Ievlev, Maria Vakurova Video

The 24th International Exhibition "Construction - UzBuild 2023" was held in Tashkent, within the framework of which a conference with the participation of leading players in the commercial real estate market was held on February 28.

The first focus session was devoted to retail real estate. Expert Olga Antonova, partner, head of the retail real estate department at CMWP, spoke about what a successful shopping center should be like, what ensures its success, and also gave forecasts for the development of retail chains in Uzbekistan in 2023.
