Responsibilities:
- Participate in real estate consulting projects for renowned national and international real estate companies, banks, and insurance companies;
- Engage in the modeling of financing concepts, settlement planning, and scenario analysis for real estate investments;
- Collect and analyze real estate data for commercial real estate sector reports under the guidance of a mentor;
- Research one or more key real estate development trends;
- Learn from a mentor.
Requirements:
- Analytical thinking;
- Ability to see the "big picture" while also paying attention to details;
- Initiative and a desire for continuous development;
- Proficiency in software packages (PowerPoint, Excel);
- Experience with data instrumentalization at any stage – model building, collection and cleaning, analysis, visualization, as well as experience with software and tools for presentation design and material visualization will be an additional advantage;
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems (QGIS, ArcGIS) will be an additional advantage.
