The "Podemnik" warehouse logistics complex owned by Balton Trading Asia has become the first facility in Uzbekistan to successfully pass BREEAM certification for an already constructed complex [Post Construction].

Last March, the complex received BREEAM certification at the "Design" stage.

The new certification stage is conducted after the completion of construction, based on both the implementation of solutions laid down in the design documentation and the quality of the construction process organization.

The obtained certification with a "Very Good" rating testifies to the practical confirmation of the facility's compliance with high sustainable construction standards, as well as that the building truly meets "green" standards, rather than just being designed with such requirements in mind.

The assessment covers all key aspects of the building: energy consumption, water efficiency, selection of construction materials, indoor microclimate, transport accessibility, waste management, etc.

61.1%, corresponding to the "Very Good" level, confirms that the building possesses real advantages in sustainable design and operation and demonstrates the company's responsible approach to real estate construction and operation.

For the "Podemnik" warehouse logistics facility, this is a solid result – especially in the context of developing markets!

We congratulate Balton Trading Asia and the construction and finishing team of CMWP Uzbekistan on the successful completion of the project and the receipt of a high international rating, confirming the quality and standards of the constructed warehouse logistics complex, which has become the first BREEAM-certified industrial facility in Uzbekistan.
