Sergey Ryabokobylko, founder and managing partner of Commonwealth Partnership Group, presented his project “Development Project Lifecycle” as his thesis upon completing the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate [AMDP] at Harvard Graduate School of Design [Harvard Graduate School of Design].

The project is designed analogously to the world-renowned and engaging game "Monopoly."

Is the association of the development cycle with the world-famous game "Monopoly" appropriate? What are the similarities and patterns in the development of a real estate project with the stages of the game?

Sergey, as the creator and author of the idea, conducted an informal presentation of his "Development Project Lifecycle" project for our team and answered colleagues' questions at the CMWP Uzbekistan office.

The core concept of the "Development Project Lifecycle" game is the idea of the continuity of the development cycle and the pattern of increasing the value of a development project, provided that each of the 4 stages of the cycle is successfully completed.

During the discussion, Sergey emphasized the following points:

• The development cycle as a unified logical model;

• The role of consulting as an integrated player in a development project;

• Key stages of the development cycle and the criticality of completing each one;

• Approaches to project evaluation and tools for explaining investment logic;

During the presentation, colleagues discussed practical examples from international experience and the Uzbekistan market.

Particular attention was paid to approaches to working with clients and partners in the early stages of interaction.

Please excuse the quality of the video recording; it's a genuine home video! It was filmed by us "on the fly" during an internal presentation for colleagues.

The main value lies in the simple and clear explanation of the development cycle at its various stages, presented by the head of CMWP Group, Sergey Ryabokobylko, an expert with over 30 years of experience in real estate.
