On February 10, 2026, the UzBuild construction exhibition took place in Tashkent. As part of the exhibition, a business program was held with the participation of leading experts in the real estate and investment consulting markets. Representatives of government agencies, development and general contracting companies, and consulting firms were invited to participate in the event.

 

This video features a presentation by Alexey Letunovsky, Head of Project Consulting and Data Management at CMWP Uzbekistan, during the ICCI business program. His report was on the topic "Development of the Investment Potential of New Uzbekistan Arrays."

 

The expert identified six key factors that can ensure the scalability of investment projects in new urban arrays. The formation of a sustainable investment model requires flexibility in approval timelines, guaranteed buyback of a portion of the volume, tax incentives and holidays, subsidy and co-financing mechanisms, the implementation of a "one-stop shop" principle, and ensuring regulatory predictability.
