During the second ICCI session dedicated to sustainable construction and smart eco-technological cities, using the New Tashkent Megaproject as an example, Alexey Letunovsky, Head of Project Consulting and Data Management at CMWP Uzbekistan, delivered a presentation titled "Industrial Parks and Transport Hubs as a New Growth Point for the Regional Economy."


In his report, Alexey outlined the risks associated with the development of logistics facilities in urban environments and presented recommendations for the formation of industrial and logistics zones. The expert emphasized that industrial parks and logistics hubs are not auxiliary infrastructure but the key framework for a sustainable city and the economy of the future.
