CMWP acted as a project management consultant for the construction and finishing of the first 12STOREEZ store in Tashkent.

12STOREEZ, a Russian clothing brand with nearly 50 stores in Russia and Kazakhstan, has opened the doors of its first boutique in Tashkent City Mall.

The flagship 12STOREEZ store in Tashkent meets global standards of European fashion boutiques in terms of material quality, finishing, and the harmony of stylistic design solutions. The total area of the store is 414 m², showcasing both men’s and women’s clothing lines.

The store features 8 fitting rooms, and its security is ensured by an anti-theft system integrated into the flooring.

All furniture was custom-designed exclusively for the 12STOREEZ brand. The uniqueness of the store's design is highlighted by transparent stained-glass windows, creating a sense of unity and seamlessness between the general shopping area of the multifunctional urban space Tashkent City Mall and the boutique.

The full scope of work for the project was successfully completed on time and within budget by the project management team at CMWP Uzbekistan.
