Andrey Shmelkov has been appointed Senior Director, Head of Construction Project Management Department CMWP in Uzbekistan. Andrey joined CMWP in 2022 and previously held the position of Project Director.
The team under Andrey's leadership is responsible for the effective implementation of current projects and active business development in the region.
Andrey has 20 years of experience in commercial, residential, and warehouse real estate in Europe, Uzbekistan, and other CIS countries. His expertise covers development, construction, project management, operations, and asset management. Andrey's key clients include Nokia, Deutsche Bank, IBM, Balton Trading, Korzinka, and others.
