The primary goal for any new shopping mall is to reduce vacancy as quickly as possible.

CMWP, acting as an agent, identifies tenants whose interests can be met by the mall's lease terms and whose space requirements align with the retailer's needs.

This time, our colleagues assisted NCS, a Turkish brand specializing in stylish men's clothing.

The new store, which will be the brand's seventh in Uzbekistan, will occupy 164 sq.m. in the modern Scopus Mall in Tashkent and is set to open its doors in the second quarter of this year.

The Retail & Lifestyle team at CMWP Uzbekistan facilitated negotiations between Scopus Mall and the new tenant, assisting in selecting a suitable space and agreeing on the most favorable lease terms for the mall.

The deal was finalized in less than a month.

The reasons for the effective resolution of objectives for both parties, the retailer and the mall, were:

📍 The landlord's professionalism in negotiations and flexible approach to lease relations;

📍 The novelty and quality of the mall's retail spaces;

📍 The mall's prime location with high foot traffic from the target audience.

Congratulations to our colleagues, Liliya Eremenko and Amal Khaitov, on successfully closing this deal in such a short timeframe!

We wish continued success to our partners: Scopus Mall and the NCS chain of stores, offering quality men's clothing from a Turkish brand.
