Liliya is a professional with 20 years of experience in commercial real estate consulting and brokerage, with expertise in the Russian, Georgian, and Uzbek markets.
Liliya's high expertise stems from her comprehensive understanding of the real estate sector, gained through experience working with developers (owners, builders, developers) and users (retail real estate operators, office space tenants), as well as in international consulting. Liliya's portfolio includes work with companies such as Renaissance Development, EKE Group, LEGENDA Intelligent Development, O’KEY Group, and JLL.
Liliya's clients include leading international industry companies: IBM, DHL, ARE Group, Gazprom, Sberbank, Delovye Linii, Schlumberger, Maersk, Inditex, H&M, McDonalds, L'Oreal, Sportmaster, Melon Fashion Group, and many others.
Liliya's portfolio includes the management of landmark office properties – Pulkovo Sky Business Center [Saint Petersburg], Infinity [Tashkent] – and retail properties. The total area of business and shopping centers managed by Liliya exceeds 300,000 sq.m.
In Uzbekistan, Liliya has established herself as a highly professional expert, and her name is well-known in the market.
In Tashkent, for over 2 years, Liliya headed the commercial real estate management at leading development companies in the country. She developed commercial concepts for residential complexes, shopping centers, and business centers within the portfolios of Infinity, Golden House, and Murad Buildings.
The business community in Tashkent also knows Liliya as a columnist for the publication Spot and a host of CMWP Uzbekistan podcasts dedicated to the retail real estate market.
CMWP Uzbekistan's collaboration with Liliya began with a project to develop marketing positioning and reconceptualize the capital's Compass Mall shopping and entertainment center.
This project served as the launchpad for a new business line at CMWP Uzbekistan: the development of retail and public spaces.
In her role as Head of the Department for the Development of Retail and Public Spaces, Liliya oversees the full cycle of consulting during the design and operation phases of retail real estate properties: from developing commercial concepts and layout solutions to optimizing and maximizing profitability during the operational stage.
Our team will continue to contribute to the formation of effective strategies, and Liliya's expert input will enhance the commercial attractiveness and profitability of the Republic's retail and public spaces, creating a sustainable platform for client business growth!
