On July 1, 2025, Kursiv Media Publishing House held the first industry conference dedicated to the capital markets of Uzbekistan.

The conference consisted of 4 sessions, covering topical issues such as changes in the investment landscape of the Republic, the bond market, companies going public, and attracting international investors.

Denis Sokolov, CEO of CMWP Uzbekistan, was invited to participate in one of the sessions.

In his speech, Denis spoke about real estate as a financial asset and the changes Uzbekistan is undergoing, transforming the real estate industry into a national investment asset.

"The real estate market is undergoing a crucial transformation today. Consumer preferences are changing, companies are beginning to view commercial real estate as an asset, speculators are leaving the market, and the state is introducing an escrow account system – all of this makes the market more mature and stable. It is no longer enough to buy low and sell high; the speculative model no longer works. It is necessary to manage real estate assets in such a way that they generate constant and stable income. This contributes not only to the growth of investors' wealth but also ensures the development of the city and the country."
