CMWP acted as a project management consultant for the construction and fit-out of the first 12STOREEZ store in Tashkent

12STOREEZ, a Russian clothing brand with nearly 50 stores across Russia and Kazakhstan, has opened its first boutique in Tashkent City Mall.

The flagship 12STOREEZ store in Tashkent meets global standards of European fashion boutiques in terms of material quality, finishing, and harmonious stylistic design solutions. The store spans a total area of 414 m², showcasing both men's and women's apparel lines.

The store is equipped with 8 fitting rooms. Security is ensured by an anti-theft system integrated into the floor.

All furniture is custom-designed exclusively for the 12STOREEZ brand. The unique design of the store is highlighted by transparent stained-glass windows, creating a sense of unified space and seamless integration between the general retail area of the multifunctional urban complex Tashkent City Mall and the boutique.

The full scope of work for the project was successfully completed by the CMWP construction project management team within the established timelines and budget.
