On October 19, a business program took place in Samarkand as part of the C5+1 forum – a cooperation format between Central Asian countries and the USA. The program brought together representatives from government bodies and businesses. The objective of the business program was to expand trade and economic ties, attract investments, and foster long-term cooperation between the countries.

Denis Sokolov, General Director of CMWP Uzbekistan and a Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce of Uzbekistan, was invited to speak at the roundtable discussion "Doing Business in Uzbekistan", organized by AmCham Uzbekistan within the framework of the C5+1 forum.

Denis presented the investment real estate market of Uzbekistan, covering its current state, key trends, and development prospects. Among his main points, Denis highlighted the early stage of the modern market's formation and the growing role of institutional investors. The expert drew attention to new opportunities for capital investment in real estate.

Participation in such discussions allows CMWP Uzbekistan to present its professional expertise on an international business platform and engage in discussions about the conditions for the country's investment market development.

It is equally important for us to attend and participate in both international events and AmCham's activities. CMWP Uzbekistan's active involvement in expert and business communities represents the company's systematic contribution to the development of the country's real estate market.
